How does Ecobot work?
The Ecobot shreds, dries and sanitises food waste on-site at your hotel, venue or restaurant. It reduces waste volume by 80%, removing reliance on bin collections, emissions from polluting lorries, and any risk of plastic contamination.
Using thermophilic “good” bacteria, our process transforms unavoidable organic waste into a nutrient-rich soil conditioner ready to enhance compost or soil, or as a feedstock for our patented pyrolysis process into biochar.
Ecobot also helps cut waste at the source. With our on-site training support and the Ecobot IoT cloud based monitoring system, you can capture performance data to optimise procurement, report results to the Environment Agency, and support compliance.
